Top Nutrition Coaching (Thrive Health Holdings) is a personalized nutrition counseling platform dedicated to helping people flourish. Very helpful and very thorough. Explained a lot about the different food that I meal prep. What I should and shouldn’t use. He also showed visuals that really put things together for me. He was great.

Matt was very personable and warm, I did not feel any judgement or uneasy feelings. He went over my concerns, told me things I am doing well and worked with me to set up meal logging and add him to view my profile so we can go over my dietary needs. I also really love that I'm able to do this on the weekend in the evening when it is convenient for my life.
