Tovah is a great listener and is such a wealth of information for me. She has answered all of my questions, and I love that she can give me a science-backed answer. She is very encouraging, and that is what I need because I am struggling with this weight loss.

Reshawn was very knowledgeable on the various food choices that I can eat to fill any food deficits. Also, she did not judge what I was currently doing , but gave suggestions that are easy to follow and can be achieved at a gradual pace.

I loved my first session with Summa. I loved the fact she can listen to me carefully about all I have been going through and all first suggestions she gave me. I have good feelings of this is going to work well and I finally find the help I am looking for with her knowledge.
