Very unprofessional. No one is this childish. I contacted them regarding my book, but went with another company. They contacted me months later. I told them I was no longer interested. Then the harassment started. When I told them to stop and remove me from their contacts, they said no. They would contact me again and again until I answered their questions. I have the screen shot from Messenger.

Not sure who these are but I had an email this evening saying my book is on high alert and it is not copyright. The funny thing is how have they got my details as wordsworthwritinghouse.co.uk was my publishers and I found out these were a scam as apparently my book was due to go across usa in 26 libraries. Still waiting

This company is a complete scam. When I answered an ad on Facebook about getting published,At the time they claimed to be KDP. They published my book through Amazon. The promised promotions for my book was trash. AFTER they received my Payment for marketing they changed their company name to Bookwave publishing. When I asked for the copy of cooyrights they went ghost for months. Now I received an email from Tolkiens Book Writing AKA Bookwave Publishing saying my book is on high alert and it's not copywritten. Mind you my book was published on Amazon December 2,2023!! Complete scam!!! I kept asking for a refund for an entire year and kept getting the run around.

I am a paid client. I have no access to my files. I have no idea what my sales look like. I can't get any support to resolve these issues. No one is answering my calls, emails, or text messages. This is not what I expected. This company is not resident in the BBB. They have a US address, but they are not resident in the BBB of any state they have an address for. They have recently relocated from a NY address to a TX address. Do not give up control of your files. Do not share email addresses. If you don't get a dashboard set up that you can control you'll regret it later.

Bunch of scam artists. No access to track sales or receive royalty payments from online platforms. No follow up to MANY requests for that access, just constant calls to send more money. Their MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if not satisfied is just more lies. Their business model is not based on book sales and paying authors a percentage royalty nor producing physical copies for purchase by authors (i.e. “vanity” publishing), YOU the erstwhile author are their revenue stream and all you get is constant harassment to continue to send them money for more “services” ad infinitum.

All those responses below this response except for my first response and maybe possibly the response I saw after me are all fake they're made up by the company themselves pretending to be someone that they're not this is such a scam company it's unbelievable they should go to jail I don't even think they're American I think there's scammers from another country.
