Fundamentals my rear. Bitclout was a known scam profiting from fake influencer profiles, yet it was given a TM grade of 80. Founders were clearly too busy to reply because I doubt I'd get anywhere with customer service.

I purchased an annual plan start of the year very expensive also, I have a positive view of Ian an his vision, but Have ended up disappointed an angry the information an tools on website are all contradicting each other, the email deep dives an videos do not reflect the token metrics ranks, ratings, indices etc so your left absolutely confused what to follow the token metrics tv content is very informative an great team but now it’s all free on YouTube so the only actual useful service provided is free how does that make any sense.. Ian Ballina and the team are great an I think have a good vision but the website is no where near ready , token metrics needs to reduce there price of plans for the services that they can provide that actually benefit the customer take the website offline improve until its actually functional which is long way off

Good afternoon Billy and apologies for the inconveniences faced! The contradictions you are referring to likely reflect differences between our TM Grade and the 30 Day Price Predictions, which were calculated using different models. I can confirm that the 30 Day Price Prediction has been updated, as it has now become a new and improved 7-Day Predicted Return, which we believe will forecast trends in the market with higher accuracy. Our Insight articles highlight Deep Dives, Code Reviews, and Projects On Our Watchlist, which would be analysis used to determine the validity of these projects for the long term and how these projects would hold up in a bear market (projects with Technology scores of 85% or greater are the best picks). The platform takes care of the shorter time frames such as evaluation on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly time horizon, which is why you see this inconsistency. I would love to connect with you to discuss the platform in more detail, address any questions/concerns, and hopefully renew your faith in Token Metrics! This is absolutely disgusting!!!! Do NOT purchase this They take a years worth of payment in a month. Plus I’m in the UK and my bank charges international fees on top of that I have contacted them for a refund and to cancel my subscription but to no avail

Good afternoon and apologies for the inconvenience! I can confirm that customers have the option of either a Monthly or Yearly subscription. The Monthly subscription would bill and renew each month, while the Yearly subscription would be a lump sum payment, which equates to a lower cost compared to the month-to-month option (equivalent to 3 months free). Like all subscription services, if you do not opt to cancel the auto-renew function, then you would be billed at the end of the given period, which was likely the case here. Nonetheless, I am sure if you had reached out to our Support team that a refund was issued for the charge. If this is not the case, then I would definitely love to connect and review your account since I am unable to search you with the current info available on TrustPilot. Signed up for a free trial and was charged AU$1429. The software is rubbish. Their reviews are all fake. Their FB reviews are fake too. Dont even bother to trial their software! Update..... the money was refunded after I wrote to them. I lost about $25 in the end.

Good afternoon Christopher and apologies for the inconvenience you may have faced! It appears the subscription had renewed at the end of your trial period, as it had not been cancelled, but as you mentioned above, our team did refund you for the charge! I would love to learn more about your negative review, as perhaps I could explain how to utilize our platform better, which in turn can lead to you not only recouping your $25 loss, but also making more effective investment decisions! I subscribed to their website a week ago using the trail subscription. I found out today that they charged me 1200$, and it was automatically billed against my bank account. I am really in a low budget right now, and i have a lot of debts and i am certainly cannot afford 1200$. I have emailed them to see if they can give me a refund and cancel this one-year subscription. I will update my post once i hear from them. I will keep it as a one star for now. Please be careful when using your credit card on their website. This is very sketchy way!

Good afternoon and apologies for the inconvenience! I just wanted to circle back on this post since you had advised that you would update after conversing with our team. Study the token metrics charts, this tool is not helpful at all. Allot of top coins of the week made no money or in a loss. Biggest concern here is be very careful with the free trial, after your seven day membership you will automatically be billed for the yearly package of $999.00 to your credit card. I tried to find a cancelation option on the web site and they don’t have one. If your really keen on trying this web site I suggest you sign up for a free trial with a visa or master card gift card like I did. When they tried to steal $1000 from me it didn’t work since my gift card only had $20 on it. DO NOT USE YOYR ACUTAL CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD!! I Hope this helps to any new user interest in this website.

Good afternoon and apologies for the inconvenience you may have faced! As with all subscription based services, our service does auto-renew unless cancelled or you have reached out to our CS team to prevent the renewal. I am sure we provided you a refund for the charge, as we also honor these requests within 7 days of the renewal, which we believe is optimal time to determine an interest of pursuing the platform further between the trial and the grace period. If you have any additional questions/concerns, I would love to take the time to understand them better, as this would be insightful information to help us create the best possible platform from a UI/UX standpoint and really encompass an investor's needs.
