Not happy at all. I was assured that I had dental coverage with my new PPO, but when I got to the dentist, No Coverage! Luckily I had a surplus in my account that paid for my cleaning. I have since gone back to an HMO through another broker. I will have to pay for Part B again, but I will have lower copays and better benefits. Also I will be covered in all 50 states.

Wish agent would have told me they put me in an HMO instead of the PPO I was in. Now I can't see my regular physician group without getting a referral. Too much hassle. I'm going back to United Healthcare in open season.
