TKO suites have good clean spaces, but the customer service is old-fashioned and at times very not accommodating. I’m glad to leave them.
Response from TKO Suites· Sep 24, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we're glad the spaces themselves met your expectations. We're sorry our service didn't feel as flexible or responsive as you needed. That's something we're actively working to improve, and comments like yours help us see where to focus. We wish you the very best in your next chapter, and if there's ever anything we can help with, please reach out to [email protected].

I generally had a positive experience using this office space until it came time to move out and receive the security deposit. My business partner and I vacated our office at the end of our lease term in February 2026. Before moving out, we communicated with management regarding the lease end date and were informed that we could leave when the lease expired. We also completed the repairs requested by management, including patching and repainting the office at our own expense to restore the space. We were told that the security deposit would be returned within approximately 45–60 days. It is now June 2026, and we have not received any portion of our $3,000 deposit. After the move-out had already been completed and the lease termination had been confirmed, we were informed that $1,000 would allegedly be withheld for March rent. Regardless of that dispute, no explanation has been provided for why the remaining $2,000 has not been returned. The most frustrating part has been the lack of communication. Multiple emails and follow-up requests regarding the status of the deposit have gone unanswered or received delayed responses that did not address our questions. I hope management resolves this issue promptly, but based on my experience, I would strongly encourage prospective tenants to keep detailed records of all communications, move-out discussions, and security deposit arrangements.

Hi, thank you for your patience while this was worked out. Because the agreement was in your business partner's name, we needed to confirm the correct recipient before releasing the deposit, and we're happy to share it has now been returned. We're sorry the process and our communication took longer than they should have. We wish you both all the best.

I was at an appt. at Oasis suite and there was a tenant who was extremely LOUD and derogatory. I believe it was A13 and I should not be able to hear your whole conversation through the wall. I found this very unprofessional and made me look down on the building.
Response from TKO Suites· Sep 24, 2026
Hi Maya, thank you for letting us know about your visit. Everyone who comes to our building should have a professional, comfortable experience, and we're sorry the noise from a nearby office took away from that. We've followed up on your feedback and reminded our clients to be considerate of their neighbors and guests. If you have any other concerns, please reach out to [email protected].
