This is the first time using TinySnap…
This is the first time using TinySnap and I've been a bit leery of some online ordering as I've been burned by lost orders, awful customer service follow up or the product didn't live up to the promised quality as advertised. With my initial order that I placed with them, I can say I'm very pleased with the finished product and it came as advertised. It will make a great surprise birthday gift for my partner.

The reproduction of my photo was frankly excellent. Rapid completion of my order. Delivery protection of my orders varied, but no harm done. A little hard to understand frame or no frame. I'll be back
