First time
I ordered twice. The first time was great; quick shipping (3 days) etc. I ordered again because I was so impressed but I have yet to receive my order (going on 10 days) nor have I even received a tracking number. I’ve emailed to ask for one and haven’t heard back. They definitely accepted my money though.

Upon review, we found that the delivery address provided was a hotel. We attempted to contact you via email to confirm the room number, but we did not receive a response. As a result, the delivery could not be completed, and the package was returned to us. We have processed a full refund for your order, which should be reflected in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your understanding.
