Beautifully crafted plates

Great quality with fast turn around. Powder coating was an expensive option, I got them done locally for a third of the price. The brackets should be offered with a square hole option for carriage head bolts.

For plates that are quite long, it would be advisable to stiffen the package with a board to prevent curving of plate during shipping. Happy customer.

I'm happy that I found Timberplates online. I received my order yesterday. They offered me a great solution for the structural timber connections I needed. The connectors were made of 3/16" steel which is generally a lot heavier than anything offered by other manufacturers off the shelf. I'm building a 600sf deck with a timber roof structure. Especially because of the wind conditions, I needed a good structural connection between the 6x6 columns and the glulam beams. The structural elements by Timberplates were custom made to my specifications (dimensions, configuration, bolt hole sizes and locations). I was provided shop drawings before the order was placed so I could confirm that the connectors would be fabricated according to my needs.
