Quality of the plates, including the powder coating, was excellent and very quick delivery. SS bolts with black oxide coating were also of high quality. Reasonable pricing and great communication.

Very satisfied with Timberplates ,they did a custom order for me.There was a small issue with the rods not being threaded as long as specified but they very quickly fixed they issue. The powder coating looks awesome and I am 100% satisfied.

These people are awesome. They quoted my truss plates multiple times as I continued to make changes to my design. Once finalized, the pricing was great, and the finished plates are perfect. Can't wait to see them in place.

We bought 3/4 in rods, brackets and turnbuckles for rafter ties in our lofted ceiling. The on-line measurement guides were spot on. We are very impressed with the quality of the product!

Masterful craftsmanship exactly to specification. It was as if they were on site fabricating as the project was in progress. Could not have asked for better quality in the custom-made products and the customer service throughout was excellent. Also very grateful for the fantastic products offered as they are not easy to come by. Highly recommend working with Timberplates!
