The unit arrived in excellent condition. Installation was just not difficult. The instructions on the units features and operation was well written and concise.

Safe completely stopped working correctly. Have very valuable things inside that I’m unable to have access to. I went back and forth with customer service. The conclusion we came up with is a refund on the extra set of keys I paid for.

The safe is fine, but the after sales service is awful. They are not interested in helping, zero creative thinking (I wanted to move into a larger safe). They just stop responding to you and completely ghost. I will not recommend buying a safe here nor will I buy another one. I have sent 2 emails that they have just completely ignored even though I am offering to pay for all of the return moving, shipping, and packaging needed to exchange.

I have emailed a few times. You sent the wrong color and it is impossible to get through to your customer service . I do not want to be stuck with a bronze color safe

Overall I’m very happy with the safe but I found it very difficult to open up the bottom floor board in order to take the bolts off the metal transport pallet. The secret compartment area at the of the bottom of the plug and side brackets were in the way to remove the bottom shelve.
