Good luck getting someone on the phone. Leave a message never get a return call. Your emails go unresponded too. What's going ? Who knows ? Did paument enter a blackhole ? Maybe? Does next day air mean maybe in 3 days cause they add a note that says weekday only even though ups delivers saturday for no additional cost.

Please note that our operating hours are from Monday-Friday 9am CST to 5pm CST and any communications after hours will be responded to the next business day. I am sorry that UPS may have miscommunicated the Saturday delivery charges to you. When shipping mail, costs increase when you require Saturday delivery because it is a special service UPS offers. If Saturday delivery were free, everyone would use it, which is why they charge more for that option. I am not sure why they told you that they did not charge extra, because they absolutely do. Ordered the product over Memorial Day weekend, so I expected a delay, but the product showed up faster than I expected. Also was able to get a 20% discount due to the holiday so the price was excellent. The quality of the product itself is the best I've tried thus far. Absolutely zero complaints with my entire experience with Tianeptine Depot. Highly recommend!
