Nicola was very helpful.

Had a query and some questions about my order so I called Thomson dairies and spoke with Nicola who was friendly, knowledgeable and resolved my query and answered my questions straight away. I have only just started getting my milk delivered and so far I am very pleased with the customer service!

The representative was very pleasant. She answered my query satisfactorily and gave my an alternative delivery option. Thank you.
