Fast shipping and informed staff that helped me with my purchase.

Best price i could find anywhere on Bistein shocks by almost 50 bucs!! Ordered Sunday night, monday night i sent an email asking when they would be shipped and when i could expect them. Got a response back very quickly from Aaron Thompson like 11:00 pm with a tracking number for 2 day air!! I chose the free 5 day ground shipping option at checkout! Great pricing, unbelievable customer service! What else could u ask for? This will be my first stop for autoparts in the future. Highly recommended

Customer service was good and the overall process was easy. However, shipping was slow. I opted for 4-5 day shipping but it did not ship until three days later and now my package won't make it in time for me to get it installed.

A great company with always a great selection of products for the price and service you can't beat in this digital age!

Theyve always been quick qith shipping and every transaction has been hassle free :3
