The entire process took no more than 40 mins to give us a quote on our vehicle, sign a few papers and check in hand. Thank you for the awesome experience!

Very streamlined, a little of the used car salesman kabuki theater but not much. Coffee sucks but I didn’t go there for the coffee. Krystin is a worker.

The negotiation was straight forward. They did not play used car games. I walked in with a number in mind. One offer, one counter, done. I walked out with a check.

Straight forward, friendly faces, and an offer that was reasonable for everyone. Plus they beat my best offer by a little bit explained why we it would be hard to get what we want. The gentleman that helped us was awesome. I have zero complaints and made selling the car easy.

It was absolutely wonderful working with Ben and Genesis at This Car Kingwood! Everything went so smoothly and seemlessly. We were very happy, as it was an easy process for Ben to evaluate our car and make an offer on the spot. I highly recommend them!
