I needed a replacement - and was attended to swiftly with a pleasing result. I have been with thin optics for 10 yrs and has been a life saver when I need my glasses the most - with thinoptics they always handy

The best reading glasses that you will ever have. As long as my phone is with me the glasses are with me. The computer glasses are awesome too. I have the key chain glasses too.. Customer service is the best.. You won't be disappointed.

recommend. Rhea helped me with my claim after my glasses broke. Very polite and efficient. Took only a few minutes and a picture of broken glasses and my replacement is on way. Will continue to recommend.

Support at Thinoptics is the BEST. I have called support 3 times over the years for various problems that have happened. Each time, the support person has gone way above and beyond to make sure my problem was resolved to my satisfaction. Its great that a company with such top notch products has a support staff to match.
