I paid for the one dollar, yet they have the nerves to pull 29.99 out of me. I didn't pay for that! I emailed them and they never replied! Poor customer service!

This is WILD. My 16 year old daughter paid the $1 for her results and they’ve been charging her over and over again for months!!! I tried emailing them - calling them just for it to “disconnect” when you select the cancel subscription option. This is a total scam!! I just contacted our bank and am disputing every single charge!!

Scam!!!! They charge you fraudulently, and they don't let you reach out to them to stop the charges. It's like a ghost is charging you money.

Is test is BS plus they continue to remove $29 from my account every month even after I cancel my subscription. They will email you an auto generated message saying your subscription has been cancelled just for you to be charged again the next month. I had to contact my bank to stop the issue. What a scam! I entered my CashApp to view my IQ test scores, and didnt read the fine print. Six months later, I realize Ive been charged $29.99/month EVER SINCE. WHAT!?!? I cant get my money back through CashApp so Im out $180 for a STUPID IQ TEST I TOOK ONCE!?!? GEEZUS!! They never even sent an email saying they were billing, which is highly deceptive. My advice? RUN WHILE YOU CAN.

Total scam. In fact, borderline false advertising. Suggests free but gives no result unless paid for.

Absolutely horrible. These people are scammers and I wonder why their website is still up there a scam I’m not the only one that got scammed. they scam everybody.
