Entering the third week since my purchase of 2 Premium Think Boards for a total of $987.00. At purchase, a delivery date was indicated within 7 days; after more than a week of silence, I wrote to support and received no concrete information, only a promise to finalize by the end of the week. That end of the week came and went, and we are in the middle of the following week without any notification.

Hi Ruth, I’m so sorry to hear that! Could you share a little bit more about what happened? There’s a chance that the paint was a little too rough or you are using stain release paint? If you let us know we can send you an upgraded replacement! -Hanson
