Both times that I've ordered from this company, I've had issues with my order not being accurate. Both times, my communications went unanswered. I RECEIVED NO OTHER COMMUNICATION -- REGARDING WHETHER ANYBODY RECEIVED MY MESSAGES, WERE WORKING TO RESOLVE IT, or even if they didn't care if I received my whole order, NOTHING! Then I remembered on the site, it said send pictures. It wasnt until I sent pictures of what I received (including packaging), that they did anything about my order complaint. I got zip, nada from them. Then, out of the blue, I get a *shipment* advisory. Apparently, they were sending me a replacement. Gee, thanks for letting me know. Sigh. Then, I have to wait two weeks to get ANYTHING. My replacement looks okayyyy, but it is very flimsy. The whole time I'm handling my phone, I have to be careful, and I'm constantly readjusting the different parts (3 separate parts for my Z Fold 7 case!!) to realign things because they keep shifting. Ugh. Yeah, I've had a couple of hits (the desk stand and keyboard case is great!) but more misses, so I may not be back.

I purchased the Z Fold 8 red case and have been really happy with the quality and the fit. I love the color. I would say my only gripe about it is trying to get my finger in to pull the kickstand out. It takes me two or three tries to get it out, but other than that, I think the case is great. The magnetic ring works great on my car holder. It does take a couple of weeks to get it in the US, and I wish they sold them on Amazon. I would love to get the orange case one day.

I absolutely love this case. I have bought 5 cases so far n this is the 1 I am happy with. It doesn't make my phone bulky n looks very nice.

The time it took to get the cases wasn't too bad. Just didn't know it was coming directly from China. I guess no inventory here. When I had a question, I got a quick response.

About the company: Amazing variety of products and I like their specialisation in Samsung Z series. They have all variants and combinations of cases for Z fold. The support team is also good. But delivery to India took a very long time. It was more than 3 weeks to deliver the case in free shipping. The delivery status was also not clear and used to update once in 10 days. About the product: The product is good. Offers a rich look to the phone. But there is no hinge protection in the variant I chose. It was not clear in the product images on the website whether there us hinge protection. Ideally hinge protection should be there for all the cases. The grip while opening and closing the phone is slightly less though its manageable.

It adds great protection, feels very comfortable when using the phone.

My delivery was fast and the entire process met or exceeded my expectations. The case is high quality and I'm super happy with my purchase. Thank you!!
