NET RPIs are all rude. A visible ticket that is clear was deemed "illegible". Just in my experience rude and discriminatory. Will never use NET again

Waste of money, especially if you plan to buy an academic/season pass. Awful staff and service which gets worse every year. I would rate it 0/5 if I could.

Always late with no communication, such an unreliable service, not going to bother getting an annual ticket next year, will opt for the buses instead.

I bought a ticket on the app, and when got on, a ticket inspector asked to see it. The app just kept going greyed out and not showing my ticket, even after closing and reopening it. He was very rude and booted me off, implying I was stealing from the company, in front of everyone on board. Then told me to buy a ticket from the machine, which I eventually managed to work out, and then just as I'd paid, the tram left. So I paid for two tickets for a tram I didn't get on. Had to pay £20 for a taxi home instead. Absolute scam.

Disgusting NET tram inspectors - clearly fine vulnerable and innocent people without listening to explanations. Why do tram inspectors carry card machines if you cant pay onboard?? Rude, iggnorant and harsh staff. Allow you to appeal then remove accesibility to the £60 fine.

Dreadful company, putting young children at risk and do not DBS check any of their inspectors - think of that??!!!!

Very disgusting people from net,have no shame giving a disabled person fine!!! Rude conductors,horrible service,never ever going to use tram ever again....

Unhelpful staff who are unkind and show no empathy to the public and an online support system that is shocking. Would be 0 star if possible
