I reached out to them regarding tax assistance. They talked a good game and made me believe that they could help with what I had going on even stating that they'llbe able to work out a reduction to less than half of the total balance. After research and consideration, I decided to take a chance and give them my business. It was late 2019 (I believe October-November) that I paid for the service. They were responsive up until about december in telling me that the process may take a while and I wouldn't have anything to worry about, and they would make sure everything was taken care of. They told me that there wasn't much that could be done over the holidays so I should check back in the new yr of 2020 and we'll continue to get the ball rolling. As the new year 2020 rolled in, I got my a notice from the J&M team stating that they arranged a payment plan for me. The total balance was even more than my starting balance so I'm now in a worse position now than when I started with them. I reached out to them for months without no response. Calls emails you name it. I finally got an email in March with a generic response. So I essentially paid them for nothing, because I'm now in more of a bind than when I started. I would not recommend.

Hi Tarano, We are so sorry you are dissatisfied, I assure you that is not our intention. We truly care about helping you improve your situation with the IRS. We are sorry it's been such a difficult road. We would like to thank you for taking a chance on us, we understand that is a difficult thing to do, and we apologize that you feel we fell short. Looking at our notes we show that an installment Agreement was negotiated successfully with the IRS. We said that we would also look into amending your return if it made sense, which it didn't. We helped improve your situation the best that we could. We wish you the best - TheTaxResolvers
