We’re really sorry the shirt arrived damaged the first time, but we’re glad our team was able to get a free replacement sent out for you. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right — we truly appreciate it.

The customer service we received from Esner was top notch. We were looking for 2 complete suit outfits for Dad to celebrate his birthday. We ended up getting him 2 suits, 2 shirts, 2 pocket squares, 2 pairs of socks and 2 pairs of shoes. Dad was really surprised! This was the first time our Dad had been in your store. He was thoroughly impressed. He said he will be back. Thanks again for the great service!!!

This is such a great story — thank you for sharing it! Esner will be so happy to hear this. We’re glad your dad felt taken care of and loved the birthday surprise. We’ll be happy to welcome him back anytime.
