I ordered software on Good Friday. After the holiday I emailed SW hub. I received a prompt reply and the access and instructions to download the software. The MS installation by telephone is a tedious process and you need to take care to enter numbers accurately. However all went well and I have the software installed and working - so well done SW hub. MCH
