Good transaction

Shipping was a bit slow to occur. Product arrived fast. Website is kind of not user friendly. Placed my order but it never showed up in my account. Was a bit nervous about that. Product is absolutely awesome. Worth the risk.

I ordered a hard to find (not even on Amazon) 10x10x6 wye duct that arrived in perfect condition about a week later. The "Kid" kept me up-to-date on the status of the order and provided tracking information, so just a simple, no problems transaction. The price was competitive too, i.e., the best I could find.

It took a few days to ship but I received a tracking number and the item arrived about 10 days after ordering it. This was my second purchase from them in 2 months and I would definitely order from them again if needed.

Could have shipped sooner.

I placed this order 10 days ago & have no idea where it’s at. I’ve placed an order with Home Depot & it will be here on Marsh 1st. Finally, I just received the reducers I needed. The Sheet Metal Kid did great. It was UPS that took forever. Thank You!
