Justin and his community have opened up so many opportunities for me. Having gone from knowing absolutely nothing about real estate investing, to being able to leave a high paying W2 in just over a 1.5 years. I could not be more grateful and excited to call The Science of Flipping and Justin Colby my mentor, coach, and Friend.

I highly recommend The Science of Flipping if you are truly wanting to get into real estate. I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. Justin provides the education, tools and the ongoing support, all you need to do is the work and you will succeed! I cant think Justin and the community enough could not be where I am today without them!

My husband and I are apart of Justin's mentorship program - we are actively receiving invaluable information and wouldn't be able to obtain this anywhere else. This group is sharpening our skills within real estate and Justin actually cares about our overall success!

Justin and the TSOF group are invaluable. My husband and I thought we could power through the changing wholesaling industry but we were floundering. Came across Justin and this group. The networking and sharing of ideas through the multiple Zoom calls a week have turned our business around. Justin's energy and vibe is contagious. We have multiple new friends and business partners through the group. Justin's real life experiences help us to navigate through any of the problems that we come across in our business. Can't thank you enough Justin!

I know I'll be part of The Science of Flipping group for a very long time. Not only is the education and personal help (by Justin Colby and so many other coaches) extremely vital to helping me grow my business, the value of the network is the most amazing benefit. I'm now partnering in several areas with others in the group .... that's a benefit I wasn't expecting when I first enrolled, though because we get to know each other on calls and in-person meetings, we find others who we want and like to do business with. This is SUCH a valuable group and opportunity to grow my real estate investing business.
