Different color
I love the rug, but the color is much brighter than the other two I have purchased same style and design. I wanted to use all 3 rugs together but that will not be possible. Very disappointed.

We love the carpet!
We love the carpet!, however we did not realize that will was going to take three and half months to get it.

Thank you so much! We’re very happy to hear that you love the carpet. We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected delivery time. During the production period, we experienced unusually severe heatwaves in India, followed by heavy rains and flooding, which unfortunately affected our production schedule. Since our rugs are handmade, hand-washed, and naturally sun-dried, these unexpected weather conditions caused delays that were beyond our normal production timeline. Since then, we have significantly strengthened our production process and increased capacity to better handle such disruptions. Our newer orders are now being completed and delivered on or before their estimated delivery timelines. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and most importantly, we’re delighted that you love your rug. We hope you enjoy it for many years to come!

Good quality rug
When I ordered the rug, I didn’t realize it would take as long as it did to receive it. Also, no follow-up email giving me an expected period of delivery. I felt the rug I received did not match the color of the picture shown on the website. The rug itself was of very good quality.

I liked the variety of sizes
I liked the variety of sizes, but the colors of the rug were not bright like they were online. I decided to keep the rug because I didn't want to deal with shipping back a 9x12 run. The quality does seem good!

Rug not received
Updating as I did receive the rug which is beautiful and fits the space perfectly. I give the rug 5 stars but customer service is a 1. I ordered a rug on 11/21/23 with an estimated 6 week lead time. I contacted the company on 1/5/24 with an updated an they indicated the rug was shipping. As of 1/23, there is no shipping information available on the rug, and they did not respond to my last email to refund my money. I do not believe this is a legitimate company.

Communication
I am not a fan of paying a lot of money for an item (rug) and then hearing absolutely nothing from the company weeks later. This is frustrating and discerning. This company needs to send follow-up email(s) like other biz's do - order getting ready, order in production, order shipping soon... it sure would help with my satisfaction as a customer. Hopefully, I will soon be leaving a review on a beautiful rug that was shipped with care...
