There was a small problem with the initial cabinet. Upon contacting RTA - they immediately sent a second cabinet for replacement. Their customer service was excellent and I really like my spice cabinet.

We knew the style and color of kitchen cabinets we wanted but decided to meet with Travis to see if we overlooked anything. Travis highlighted additional design considerations (one we overlooked) and helped us with workarounds - he was crucial to successfully navigating our kitchen remodel and we couldn't have done it without him.

Our designer was very fast to respond with any changes we made. Sherry was a huge help with figuring out how to put our kitchen together. We are excited to get the cabinets and get started
