At first, I thought it was a SCAM. But it wasn't. I got my ESA letter in a few days, and my property manager approved it without any issues.

It is a scam !!! Once they get your payment details they never stop taking your money Without any subscription I paid for my ESL 5 years ago and have only just discovered they have been taking money every month

I did not get the order. ID Kit and Pet Clicker order. 76845f32-9984-4942-b750-110d032968a7 No answer at customer service. I have been in contact with them by phone and email to no avail. At least they should rufund me! The customer service sucks!!!!

I used Therapy pet back in late 2022. In June 2023, I canceled my “subscription” and got a confirmation email and yet I’m STILL GETTING CHARGED. I’ve reached out to my bank and they informed me it was difficult to stop the payments cause someone was going into my account manually and charging my account $10 every 10 days on top of the annual $180. Y’all are doing SHADY business and I advise EVERYONE who has used this service to please check your bank and TALK TO A LAWYER.

Excellent service Melba was exceptional and took her time and made sure I did everything correct and the letter is phenomenal, professional and direct and to the point I love it thank you so much. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate your service.
