Complicated Situation I had a complicated situation with divorced clients and their daughter. I needed to know if they could each have access to the portal. I contacted TherapyNotes and they got back to me--on a holiday--within an hour.

We were getting claims denied because our NPI numbers were mixed up. The Therapy Notes support person that answered my call patiently walked me through the steps to solve the problem. The Therapy Notes Support team is always very friendly and helpful.

These folks are terrific. Immediate answers to questions, and very little need to ask them for support because the website is so clear, self-explanatory, and simple to use. Yet comprehensive in terms of offering all the services practicing therapists like me need. Best of all for me, the service is FREE for international users, so far at least. Amazing.

TherapyNotes is a great package! Everything I need is all in one place. Patient information, documents, report and note writing, patient contact and reminders, insurance claims, and credit card option for patient payments. It's user friendly and the support team is a quick phone call or email away. I've just made the career change from university clinic to full time private practice. The guidance of the support team has been invaluable in this endeavor.

Our provider support team is always there for me. 99% of the time, they are able to either figure it out and explain it to me, or continue to search for answers. Courtney has been extra helpful and when I'm frustrated and not sure what to do or how to find the answers, she patiently walks me through it, focusing on any of my continued questions. Since teletherapy rolled out I, am I'm sure others, have needed help navigating how to use the platforms efficiently and correctly. The email you all send after our discussion is SO very helpful! Thanks a bunch, and appreciate your patience, as I know us therapists can sometimes seem frazzled. :) Sharon S.
