I love this system! I started using Therapy Notes when I was a sole provider in private practice. It allowed me to take care of billing, scheduling, and keep organized notes without much effort. It has since provided an easy structure for me to expand my business to a group practice of over 30 clinicians. They are always updating and appreciate feedback with their system! The support for any technical issues is swift and effective. Can't say enough good about Therapy Notes!

I needed help with ERAs, something I had not seen before regarding insurance allotment. Frank was completely knowledgable and knew how to address the problem, but more - very efficiently and effectively teach me how to process these when I see them again. I felt heard, and respected when the process wasn't making sense - he was simply kind and clear, walking me through without talking down, or over my head. This has been my experience with TherapyNotes for every call I've made to them - it (EHR practice support) doesn't get better than this. Stay excellent TherapyNotes!
