The Therapy Notes Support Team is wonderful. They always respond much sooner than the auto reply states, and responses are always helpful. All of the Support Team staff I have been in contact with in the 3 years I have been using Therapy Notes is wonderful- friendly and helpful and usually follow up to ensure my issue has been resolved. One of the best Support Teams I have ever come across!

Customer service is excellent. They were able to provide me fast efficient help. I love the fact they email a quick review in regards to the purpose of your call, and also include articles that go over what you discussed! Super helpful!

yes! live people to talk to! After a long day and knowing I had to clarify some items as a new user, I was pleasantly surprised someone answered the phone after 7pm! Krista was step by step totally focused and followed my train of thought (even though I was off base sometimes!). She patiently explained and dug deep with me and left me totally doing the happy dance. Thank you for such an easy peasy EMR! whoo hoo!

Any time I have called Therapy Notes customer support, they have been very knowledgeable about the issue I am having and are very helpful and patient walking me through the steps to resolve it! And I appreciate the follow up they send reviewing what we did over the phone.

I consistently get great support from Therapy Notes. Today the support specialist walked me through some excellent solutions. They were patient and even allowed me, once they walked me through a task, to try it myself while they remained available to help. They were kind and supportive throughout the call, and they allowed me to take my time. I have never gotten anything but great service from this platform.

I was very impressed with the promptness with which my call was answered. Then the associate that resolved my issue was just the sweetest. I started by telling her I feel bad about bothering her with a question I should already know the answer to. She said she's really glad I called because that's one of the reasons the help desk was created. She worked me through the process which I liked very much. I will highly recommend Therapy Notes to anyone looking for excellence.
