Today I was helped by Cheyenne. She was very patient and kind and addressed all of my needs happily. She was really knowledgeable and was willing to go the extra mile and help me investigate the things that didn’t seem right. She went above and beyond and tried to brainstorm ideas with me even about things that were not technical issues necessarily. very personable And kind!!

The service is fairly inexpensive for everything that's offered and scheduling and billing are easy once you get set up. Things I would like to see improved: Telehealth video options are limited, could be much better without having to pay extra. And it would be great to have the option of being able to use a DAP format for notes. That being said, I've tried a few other options and TherapyNotes has been the simplest and most user friendly. When things don't make sense, they provide plenty of support and instructional information on the website. It's relatively easy to understand and I've generally found it more helpful than the online introductory sessions.

Therapy notes has really made owning my own practice simply. The notes are tailored to ensure compliance, the billing extremely efficient and streamlined, and the scheduling flawless.

TherapyNotes provides stellar customer service - they are patient and communicate clearly. I greatly appreciate the follow up emails with screenshots and explanations. The note templates are easy to use. The system is clear to navigate.
