I've been with TherapyNotes for almost 2 years. They provide outstanding customer service. When I have a question they respond in less than 24 hours by both a phone call and email. The work efficiently to resolve issues and keep you informed on upcoming changes to the program. However, I rate a 4 to allow room for improvement. I appreciate the improvements to treatment plans. I suggest and request there be an additional signature line placed on it for beneficiaries who are between the age 12-18. The added signature could be triggered by the client's birthday. Also, It would be greatly appreciated if the therapist originally signature could be stored for use on documents instead of computer generated of course the typed name and time stamp would remain. Client Profile could be improved by using a method similar to uploading insurance card information or taking a selfie. Also, I am pleased to see updates to outcome measures and the results being populated into progress notes. It would be nice if those baseline results were populated into intake to support diagnosis, dependent upon signed document date. Any outcome measures performed after that date would just show up on the progress note. Lol, That might be a bit much. Although it will be very useful. Keep up the great work 👍

Excellent customer service. The product itself is very user friendly. If you struggle with anything, the search topics are easy to use and very self-explanatory. If all else fails, their customer service is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond to be helpful, follow-up with a summary of the call so you can reference at a later time if needed - overall Therapy Notes is exceptional and pricing is very reasonable.

This company is outstanding. Starting a private practice is overwhelming. There is so much to do and even more to learn. Therapy Notes has been right by side every step of the way. What I appreciate most about them is every. single. time. I call tech support for a question, the person on the other end is knowledgable, kind and more than willing to help!

Lex was very helpful in walking me through the process to get my backend compliance revalidated and looking thoroughly into an issue that arose due to my oversight. She was patient and kind! I love this EHR company and have not called once without a resolution. Would recommend if you’re on the fence about an EHR for your practice.

24/7 Customer Service is amazing I'm starting my new private practice and I've been very impressed by having access to warm, friendly, proficient customer service folks at odd hours - evenings and weekends, when I've been playing with the website and learning how to use it.
