We got the diffuser and thought it was not working at first. We then noticed that our dogs accidents went down to no accidents. We are happy with the product, you cannot even smell or see the product released

We moved to a new house and the therapet diffusers made it way more easy going. Our most anxious mutt mix had become a completely different dog and made everyone's settling in much more calm

paw licking stopped thank god no more expensive vet visits for infected paws every month

My experience with the product was not what I expected, this didn't prevent my dog from urinating any less or control his anxiety however the plug-in is very cute, it has a little bit of a night light and the customer service although a little slow getting back to you was exceptional. I'd say give their product a try it may work for you pet, just didn't work for mine.

Even tho the priductcdid not work for my set of dogs they were very responsive and reasonable about my issue. Thank you for not making it an eternal down the rabbit hole search for help!

So far so great!! I have 2 infusers for my house to help with a 3 year old dog who suddenly started having urine accidents in the house. He had one the first day after I plugged them in. I reached out to the company who got right back to me with suggestions, including giving it more time. He has not had an issue since day one! I have also heard back from the company checking in! Great customer service!
