— Madison The Pixel Case Team

Hi Karen, This is actually very balanced feedback — and you highlighted both what worked and what still needs improvement. Glad you liked the look of the blue leather wallet version. And good to hear the card slots themselves performed well and held securely. Now on the important issue: Wallet magnet strength You’re right — if the wallet detaches too easily in a purse sleeve or separates during a drop, then the magnetic hold isn’t strong enough for real-world use. Especially on a wallet system, confidence matters more than aesthetics. The good news is the phone itself stayed protected after the drop — that part did its job. But the wallet separation is something we’re actively improving with stronger magnetic configurations in newer versions. Shipping / overseas assumption We operate with both US and overseas warehouses, and shipping depends on stock + variant availability. But we understand why you assumed it was US-based from the branding, and that’s something we need to communicate more clearly upfront. Big picture: You liked the design and functionality, but the magnetic connection didn’t feel dependable enough for daily carry. That’s exactly the kind of feedback that helps us improve future versions. If you’d like, reach out to [email protected] — we may be able to help with a stronger magnetic alternative or updated version for your setup. And if we improve that part for you, we’d really appreciate you updating your experience later on. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Hi Cristina, We understand why this feels unacceptable from your side. If: the phone line appears unreachable, emails aren’t being answered, and the tracking number shows no movement, then it creates the impression that nothing is actually happening with the order. That’s a communication and logistics failure on our side. A quick clarification on the tracking: Some shipments first move through international carrier systems before USPS updates become active, which can make the USPS number appear invalid at the beginning. But you absolutely should have received a proper explanation and status update instead of silence. And 2.5 weeks without clear communication is too long. Let’s fix this properly: Please email us again at [email protected] with your order number and mention this review specifically. We’ll: Verify the shipment status immediately Confirm whether the package is still in transit, delayed, or lost Offer either a replacement or refund if necessary Also noted on the phone line issue — we’re actively reviewing our support flow because if customers can’t reliably reach us, trust collapses fast. Reality: The biggest problem here isn’t just shipping time, it’s the lack of visibility and response. That’s the part we need to improve urgently. We’ll take care of this. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Hi Laura, Honestly, this review is probably more valuable than an extreme 1-star or 5-star. “Meh” usually means one thing: Nothing completely failed… but nothing impressed enough either. And that’s fair. Looks/design → good Wireless charging → inconsistent Car charger → acceptable, but not standout That tells us the experience is landing in the middle instead of feeling premium or polished — especially on the charging side. Wireless charging is one of the hardest things to get perfectly right across Pixel models because: Coil placement varies Magnetic alignment matters a lot Heat + thickness affect performance But from your perspective, none of that matters if the end result is just “not great.” That’s exactly the area we’re improving right now: Stronger magnetic alignment Better thermal performance More reliable charging consistency across chargers and mounts Quick context: We’re building specifically for Pixel users because this ecosystem is underserved — but “good enough” isn’t the standard we want long term. So while we appreciate the honest review, we also take it as a push to make the next version genuinely impressive, not just acceptable. Hi Erin, We’ll be direct — if the product you received felt nothing like what was advertised, and support never responded, then we understand why you’re angry. A few things here are not acceptable: Product quality feeling far below expectation The case arriving looking cheap or flimsy No customer service response after you reached out That combination destroys trust, and we’re not going to pretend otherwise. Now, instead of arguing over the review, let’s fix the situation: Please email us again at [email protected] with your order number and mention this review specifically. We’ll escalate it directly and offer: A full refund Or a replacement that actually matches the expected quality level No endless back-and-forth. Reality: We’re building this brand specifically for Pixel users, but if the real product experience doesn’t match the presentation, then we need to improve — especially on QC, material consistency, and support responsiveness. We’ll take care of this properly. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Hi Marcus, Fair criticism — if you expected leather and the product felt like plain plastic, then the expectation and reality did not match. That’s on us to communicate more clearly. To clarify: This model uses a coated synthetic leather-style finish, not full genuine leather. The goal was to keep the case slim, lightweight, and more resistant to wear — but if the feel comes across as cheap or overly plastic-like, then the execution isn’t where it should be. And you’re right about the important part: At this price point, the material needs to feel premium in hand, not just look good in photos. Glad the ordering and delivery side went smoothly, but the product itself is what matters most. Please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number — we’d like to: Help you switch to a different finish/material that may fit your expectations better Or offer a proper resolution if you’re unhappy with the product you received Big picture: We’re building products specifically for Pixel users, but material presentation and texture accuracy are areas we’re actively improving — especially for “leather-style” models. We appreciate the honest feedback. — Madison The Pixel Case Team
