My Pixel 10 case is well-built and sturdy. The kickstand works well for viewing the screen hands-free on a table top. The only complaint I have is the camera lens cover. It slides and locks in place but is too hard to open again. I would prefer something that slides closed and open more easily.

This leather kickstand case looks great, feels good in the hand, the cutouts are perfect, and the kickstand is very handy. My complaint is that it's not really compatible with wireless charging. The magnetic kickstand ring gets very hot and the phone barely charges, if at all.

It took forever to get to me. I've attempted to return the item. I've sent 2 emails requesting instructions for processing the return and I've gotten zero responses. Customer service is rated zero.
Response from Thepixelcase· May 29, 2026
Hi Vassey, The biggest issue in your review isn't actually the shipping time — it's the fact that you tried to resolve the problem and received no response. If you've already: Waited longer than expected for delivery Sent 2 separate emails Requested return instructions Received no reply Then we completely understand why you'd rate the customer service experience so poorly. A long delivery can be frustrating. Being ignored afterward is far worse. We operate with both US and China warehouses, so delivery times can vary depending on inventory availability, but regardless of shipping origin, customers should be able to reach us and receive support when they need it. Please email [email protected] again and mention this review directly, along with your order number. We'll escalate the case and make sure someone reviews your return request. Reality: No customer should have to chase a company multiple times just to get basic return instructions. That's not the experience we want associated with The Pixel Case. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will work to make it right. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Feels worse than a cheap plastic cover. Took 3 weeks to ship from China, not local. The plastic lens cover is held on by a couple of thin adhesive strips, both of which were broken and didn't fit. Because this is from China, return is a pain in the ***. I'm going to eat this expense as lesson learned and never use it and throw it in the trash.
Response from Thepixelcase· May 29, 2026
Hi Colin, We won't argue with this review because if the product arrived with broken adhesive strips and a lens cover that didn't even fit properly, then you never got the chance to experience the product as intended. The bigger issue here is that you received what appears to be a defective unit right out of the box. A few things are fair: Waiting 3 weeks and then receiving a defective product is frustrating. A camera lens cover should never arrive with broken adhesive. If the first impression is "cheap plastic," then we clearly failed to deliver the premium experience you expected. That said, before throwing it in the trash, please give us one chance to make this right. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the broken lens cover. We'll review it and work on a replacement or refund solution. We also want to clarify that we operate with both US and China warehouses, depending on product availability. However, regardless of where it ships from, a product should arrive fully functional and free from defects. Reality: A customer should never have to choose between keeping a defective product and dealing with a frustrating return process. The product should have arrived correctly the first time. We appreciate the honest feedback and will use it to improve our quality control process. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

UPDATE.. I HAVE BEEN SENT ANOTHER CASE. ITS WAY BETTER NOT PERFECT BUT DEFINITELY WORTH IT. This is the 2nd review I was sent regarding the product I bought that "FAILED" Due to obvious lack of design and testing. I was contacted after the first review and promises were made without any fulfillment or reply...... 10xFAIL.. metal ones will screw your device capabilities...
Response from Thepixelcase· May 27, 2026
Hi Anthony, We’ll be direct — the biggest problem here is no longer the case itself. You already left a first review, were contacted, were given promises, and according to you nothing happened afterward. If that’s accurate, then we understand why you’re more frustrated now than during the first review. A failed product is one issue. Failed follow-up after promising help is worse. You also mentioned that the metal version affected your device capabilities. Based on your earlier feedback regarding signal performance, we’re taking that seriously because if a case impacts core phone functionality, then aesthetics become irrelevant. We want to clarify one thing though: Significant capability issues are not the expected behavior, and that’s exactly why we need the details from your specific setup investigated properly. But before anything else, we need to fix the support side first. Please send your: Order number Email used on the order Previous support conversation reference if available to [email protected] and mention this review directly. We’ll escalate it for review because at this point this is no longer just a product concern — it’s a resolution failure. Reality: A bad first experience can sometimes be fixed. Making promises and then not following through destroys trust much faster. We appreciate you calling this out. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

I love the color I've chosen which was a purple leather. My only complaint was, for it to be magsafe, it was not. The leather was too thick for the magnet to stick. I was hoping to rig it a bit but just decided to put on another case i purchased. Another reviewer mentioned on the shipping time taking up to 2 weeks. they were appositely corrected. when i saw it coming from China i wanted to cancel my order.
Response from Thepixelcase· May 27, 2026
Hi Johnny, Appreciate the balanced feedback because you highlighted both sides. Glad you loved the purple leather finish — we put a lot of attention into offering Pixel users more variety because the ecosystem deserves more than generic black cases. Now for the important part: If the case was purchased primarily because it was advertised as MagSafe-compatible, but the magnetic hold was too weak to be practically usable, then we understand the disappointment. You explained it clearly: Loved the color and appearance ✅ Magnet strength through the leather material ❌ Shipping expectations ❌ And you’re right — if the leather thickness reduces magnetic strength to the point where you switch back to another case, then the feature effectively failed for your use case. On shipping, we also want to clarify that we operate with US and China warehouses depending on inventory and model availability. However, we understand the frustration of discovering international fulfillment after purchase rather than having those expectations set more clearly upfront. Reality: A beautiful case only gets you halfway there. If the core function you bought it for (MagSafe use) doesn’t perform strongly enough, aesthetics alone won’t save the experience. We appreciate the honest feedback and we’re actively improving both magnetic performance and shipping transparency. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Very long delivery time, bad quality of the case. Got the aluminum MagSafe case, but my phone have gotten marks from the case on the sides. And the backside covers the camera lenses but let's small dust to get in. So 2 times per week I need to get the phone out of the case to clean it.. Would definitely not recommend Tried talking with customer service but they haven't even bothered with a response
Response from Thepixelcase· May 27, 2026
Hi Tommy, We’ll be direct — if the case is leaving marks on the phone, collecting dust around the camera area, and requires removing the phone multiple times per week just to clean it, then that’s not a good daily-use experience. You mentioned several important points: Long shipping time Marks appearing on the sides of the phone Dust entering around the camera protection No response from customer service And the dust issue is especially important because the purpose of camera protection is to reduce worry, not create extra maintenance. Having to remove your phone twice a week to clean trapped particles is not normal and can actually create more friction and wear over time. On the marks around the sides: If dust or debris gets trapped between the case and the device edges, it can create rubbing points over time. But regardless of the cause, the end result for you is the same: the case should protect the phone, not create new concerns. And on support — contacting us and receiving no reply is not acceptable. Please email [email protected] again and mention this review directly. We’d like to: Review the fit and camera protection issue Offer a replacement with a different design if available Or provide a proper resolution if you no longer want the product Reality: A case should reduce maintenance and increase confidence. If it creates extra cleaning, marks, and frustration, we need to improve both the design and support experience. We appreciate the detailed feedback. — Madison The Pixel Case Team

Long shipping time was the greatest disappointment. I was under the impression that this was a domestic purchase...shipped from China though. Almost 3 weeks to get delivered. Case is premium..good feel pixel 9xl pro
Response from Thepixelcase· May 27, 2026
Hi Thomas, This is actually very useful feedback because it highlights a gap we hear often: Product experience 👍 Delivery experience 👎 Glad to hear the Pixel 9 Pro XL case itself felt premium and had a good in-hand feel — that’s the part we work hard on. But you’re right regarding shipping expectations. We operate with both US and China warehouses, and orders ship based on inventory and variant availability. However, if you expected a domestic shipment and ended up waiting almost 3 weeks, that expectation gap is on us to communicate better. The reality is this: People buy a case to protect a new phone immediately — not weeks later. So even if the product delivers, the timing can still damage the overall experience. We’re actively working on: Better local inventory positioning Faster shipping for high-volume Pixel models More transparent delivery estimates before checkout Big picture: You liked the product enough to call it premium, which we appreciate. Now we need the delivery experience to feel as good as the case itself. Thanks for the honest feedback, Thomas. — Madison The Pixel Case Team
