This is definitely some sort of malfunction with the drive. I would contact support for a replacement. The drive should absolutely be 128 GBs. Sorry for the hassle caused by this! https://www.thephotostick.com/pages/support

I'm sorry that I don't understand French. But using Google Translate, this is what I understand your review to state: "impossible to have the French manual of the key for my computer.To sell it is easier!!!!" Slow load times may occur because of the amount/number of files the device is scanning on the computer/phone. The scanning process may take time depending on the size of the files being scanned and also depending on the specs of the customer's device. If the device suddenly become unresponsive while on the process of scanning, Tech support would suggest restarting the device and do the scan process once more. System Requirements are; Windows - Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Mac - Mac OS X Version 10.7 and later. Android OS - Version 6.0 (Marshmallow) and later iPhone/iPad iOS - iOS version 11.3 and later From the sound of your review, you did receive the item and it did work for you systems, but you are generally dissatisfied with the time it takes to copy all of your photos/videos? And perhaps about the method of reviewing your images and files? I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. Hopefully the refund process has all been sorted out now. There should have been an option to check-mark (or select) the "Skip Duplicate" feature in the PhotoStick's Application Settings. If this is left unchecked; the download process will also copy all the duplicates. I am sorry to hear that the re-formatting process somehow removed the application from the device though. That's unfortunate and frustrating, I'm sure. Perhaps if you would like to contact Customer Support again, they can issue you a refund or replacement.

With Covid-19 still at play in the world, shipping times unfortunately can still vary greatly, depending on the postal service (especially for international orders). We're sorry that your replacement PhotoSticks also didn't work properly with your system. Perhaps it may be possible (since you used 4 separate drives and all failed), that the operating system for your PC/MAC/Mobile don't meet the minimum specifications required to use the product.
