About The Pets Table

The Pets Table is a personalized pet food service designed to keep pets healthy and their parents happy. Our recipes are developed with veterinarians and made from wholesome ingredients that humans trust. We offer both fresh recipes (shipped frozen) and gently air-dried recipes, both of which support dog’s gut health & immunity, contribute to a shiny coat, and promote an overall active lifestyle. We’re a company founded by dog owners, and we have a true love for our furry friends!

Please do your research BEWARE

Please do your research before you consider using the Pets table. They have zero customer support and do nothing if a box is damaged in shipment and never arrives, You just have to wait until your next scheduled delivery and hope that one gets there. When you try to tell them that FedEx says it was damaged and will not be delivered, they argue with you and say no it’s a computer glitch, It wasn’t damaged and then a couple days later when it still doesn’t get there, they agree with you and say they will work on getting you a new shipment, but don’t. Then two weeks later they say “we still can’t give you a tracking number for the shipment you were supposed to get two weeks ago. The person you speak to tells you the same information you already know over and over again instead of giving you any helpful information, and tells you she is the top line of communication at The Pets Table. Any reputable company would know that you can’t just switch a dog food from day to day. We struggled finding something that our dog really liked, and he liked this and it was OK for his allergies and now we’re going to have to switch him again because they’re not reliable. Please again, do your research. STILL NO REPLACEMENT BOX AND NO COMMUNICATION from Pet's Table as stated in their response.

Response from The Pets Table· Sep 14, 2026

Hi C Mead, Thank you for your review! While we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, we are deeply sorry for your frustration regarding your damaged and undelivered shipment, being misinformed about tracking glitches, lack of proactive replacement follow-up, and the hardship this caused for your dog's diet and allergy management. We completely agree that unfulfilled delivery promises, unhelpful support responses, and delayed replacements are unacceptable—especially when your dog relies on a specific diet. We will forward this feedback to our dedicated team so that this information can be used when making changes and improvements in the future. In the meantime, someone from our team will be reaching out to you via email to review your account details and assist you further. Thank you for being part of ThePetsTable community! Warm regards, ThePetsTable Team
