The food seems more like real food. It’s not so smashed up. Everything was completely frozen so I know it’s good. My dog loves it!

My dog would eat regular dog food for a few meals but then she would refuse it. She has been eating Pets Table air dried food for nearly a month now and she still gets excited for it. She likes both the beef and chicken.

My two gremlins love it. These two are very picky with food. They stopped eating kibbles and I tried “pets table” from the first day… no hesitation they emptied their bowl and since they cannot wait for their meal time. I am definitely subscribing.❤️

My puppy likes the food most of the time. Some days he won’t touch it. I’m not sure what to do. I feel like I am wasting the food some days. Other days he will clean the bowl.🫤
Response from The Pets Table· Sep 13, 2024
Hi Fenda! It sounds like your puppy is a bit picky at times! It could be due to a variety of reasons, like mood, changes in appetite, or maybe even getting bored of the same food. You might want to try mixing it up a bit with different flavors or textures to see if that keeps your puppy more interested. You could also speak with your vet to ensure there’s nothing else going on. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re wasting food, but you’ll figure out what works best for your pup! We will pass this information on to our teams in hopes that it can be used when making changes and improvements in the future. We appreciate you taking the time to rate us! Thank you for being the best part of The Pets Table!

Our dog, Rose, a Siberian Husky absolutely loves the beef recipe. She happily sits and waits for either my wife or me to put her food in her dish. I have noticed that she seems to have more energy and she's not scratching as much as before.

I was a previous customer with Hello Fresh which is affiliated with the pets table. I was satisfied with that service but not with the pets table. I ordered a two week trial after seeing positive things on the website. Our dog turned his nose up at the freeze dried food after several attempts at feeding even with the suggestion of soaking the food in broth to soften it. My husband called to get a refund or an exchange for a different flavor and was told no refunds even though it clearly said on the website 100% money back guarantee. He canceled the service and now we are stuck with this food that our dog will not eat. The company needs to look at Chewy on how to treat customers because their service is terrible. Their responses to bad reviews are all scripted and look like they were generated by a computer and not a person.
