I get the air dried food and my dog loves it. I use it as a topper and as treats during the day. It's a very high value treat for him!

We feed this to our Frenchie. She loves in and it has helped with her picky appetite and her skin/allergies.

My dog is very picky - like 15 different brands I've tried. She LOVES Pet's Table Turkey and Chicken meals. She generally loves the sweet potato toppers too! Service is great and they always come still frozen solid!

Hi Adrian! We’re sorry for any confusion you may have experienced and we’re here to help! We are so sorry to hear that you had trouble with cancellations and refunds. As a self-managing subscription pet food service, you can make changes to your account and orders before they’re locked in. Here are the deadlines: - For Monday deliveries, orders are locked in on the Wednesday before at 11:59pm CT - For Tuesday and Wednesday deliveries, orders are locked in on the Thursday before at 11:59pm CT - For Thursday deliveries, orders are locked in on the Sunday before at 11:59pm CT - For Friday deliveries, orders are locked in on the Monday before at 11:59pm CT You always have up until this time to make changes, cancel, skip your order or update the address on file. We also advise customers to add a reminder to their personal calendar. We are so sorry for any confusion and would be happy to turn your experience around! A member of our team will be reaching out via email to discuss your experience.

Wow..all of problems were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I do recommend keeping an eye on your account as miscommunication and errors do happen- with any company. Original review: So far, SO bad. It’s the Customer Service and their lack of follow through and their truthfulness. My advice is Do not try the 2 week trial or you’ll have nothing but billing errors and untruths from them. Didn’t get the free shipping on free trial- promised a credit back, haven’t seen it; then I pushed delivery back to January until resolved, but now they’ve charged my card $98 for next delivery this week! Called and insisted on talking with Supervisor as was told “so sorry, can’t help you” from 1st person. He said they’d credit my account. I’m not holding my breath! I’ll change this review if they really do follow through with my credits!!

We love the kibble! The fresh food has a weird texture so I think we will stick with the kibble!

The food was very palatable to my dog and agreed with her after a few days. But, when we tried to talk to customer service, there was a language barrier and we were unable to communicate with them. Also, the ingredients are not listed on the bag you have to go to the website. Was disappointed because we aren't going to risk our dog's well being when there are a couple things off.
