No noticeable improvement in my 3 yrs…
No noticeable improvement in my 3 yrs old male Doberman. Same for my 2yrs old Doberman female

I like the product, not their customer service
I like the product, but after I got the first jar, I rested another and thought I put it on auto-fill for one a month. The auto fill is for two a month. I don’t need two a month, just one. The company keeps sending me emails to update my payment information because my order is on hold, but I want to change the frequency or the number of jars sent before I do that. I have sent multiple emails, filled out the “contact us” form & replied to their texts and emails to me numerous times and I can’t get any help from them. I’m very frustrated.

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed – didn't clean my dog's teeth at all I bought this product with high hopes that it would help clean the plaque and tartar build-up on my dog's teeth, but I am very disappointed with the results. I followed the instructions religiously every single day for over two months, yet my dog's teeth haven't cleaned up at all. The buildup is still completely there, and there has been zero improvement in his breath or dental hygiene. Given the high price, I expected at least some noticeable difference, but it turned out to be a complete waste of money. I will not be purchasing this again and definitely would not recommend it to other pet owners.

Never again
Ordered the trial, cancelled before the next auto-ship, it still shipped. The email address they provide for customer care gets a bounceback.

Delivery Service 👎🏽
The driver couldn't be bothered to place the package at the front door (as in the past). The package was thrown over the fence into the front yard. 😔

My dog is still scratching
My dog is still scratching, itchy and rolling around trying to get some type of relief and whining all .night .. long ..please DO NOT SEND ANY MORE PRODUCTS TO ME!.. EVER! It does not work for my dog..ps,why was I sent 2 separate packages on 5th & 7th of August 2026?¿? Explain to me. I'm CANCELING ALL MEMBERSHIPS and ORDERS TODAY SEPTEMBER 9,2026 AT3:10am

I'm just exhausted trying to stop these…
I'm just exhausted trying to stop these order deliveries. I have to many recurring items that will last my dog for about 7months. I've tried canceling my orders but it's difficult logging on to website.
