Ordered beard oil. Received email that product was delivered. Went to mailbox and it was empty. As of today I emailed 5 days in in a row with no response. I should have read the reviews on this poorly run company.

Ordered the starter kit and did not receive my roller. Contacted customer service multiple times and have not received any reply what so ever. Terrible. Do not order

I ordered a bottle and the roller brush, upgraded to 2 bottles and a brush. Received my order with only 2 bottles and no brush. I have emailed them multiple times over the course of a week with no response. They also have no contact phone number. Bad business.
