Had some initial setup issues which were resolved quickly with a call to support. Support was friendly, well informed and proficient. I'd recommend TMC to anyone.

They are great on the initial sales call but never returned my call or email afterwards. The booking was a bit messed up too so the tech appt was not per the initial booking. The tech was just following instruction from his support instead of using common sense to trouble shoot so I had to step in to trouble shoot the setup. Just hope the rate does not jump up after the first 18 months to make it worth my while to switch over. The call station seems to have reliable staff as they answered the call within a very short time in order to do my own testing as the tech was late for the next appt.

I have to honestly say that dealing with Mirella at the monitoring centre was absolutely phenomenal. She answered all my questions very clearly and concisely. I myself have worked in customer service for several years and she is top notch! I would definitely recommend the monitoring centre based on my experience.

I called, and was told to call back at 8am PST. I called at 8 and reached message center again. On the 3rd call, then they finally told me they don't open till 9am PST. I finally placed my order and I requested to have the invoice email to me. She said Ok, never got it. I called again requesting for it, and another person said it's on it's way again; still haven't got it. I got it in person after the technician finished the job. Only they could just communicate that instead of leaving me hanging. The technician got me going with the app. What he didn't tell me was how to change my password nor that other members of the household needs codes to use the app as well, having us unnecessarily running around trying to get it work, when all that could have been prevented by communicating all the information to us.

The technician took the time to ensure every sensors in the house were working with the reprogramming of the existing panel. There was no push to sign on for any extra features. The service was outstanding the sale representative and the technician. There was even a phone call two days ahead of the appointment to confirm timing.
