Thank you Abraham! Welcome on Board. We make every effort to gather the data required on our initial phone conversation. We do apologise for any confusion when gathering this data. We did quote new pricing on site and you were given the opportunity to not move forward with the new pricing. I am very happy you did choose to come on board as a customer and we look forward to servicing your security needs. Please do contact me directly if I can be of any further assistance. I contacted a half-dozen alarm services before choosing The Monitoring Center for my parents apartment door contact alarm. Quite honestly, it came down to two companies. It was a combination of competitive pricing and exceptional customer service by the reps that I spoke with which led to our family choosing TMC.

My installer was wonderful! He had a good sense of humour and was thorough. Unfortunately, he did not wear a face mask :(.
Response from The Monitoring Center· Apr 23, 2020
Hi Cindy: We do apologize ... our technicians are equipped with and are expected to wear face masks and gloves at all locations. Due to limited supplies, there have been some delays in some technicians being replenished with new masks but they are ALWAYS expected to have a face mask/shield on hand for use when visiting our clients. We will be following up with the technician who attended your home and will address the situation. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly, Mirella, Sales Manager 1-866-247-4999 Ext 2235 or email me at [email protected]
