On January 13, 2021, I switched to The Monitoring Center and I am very happy with my decision. First, prior to switching, I had a conversation with Mirella (Sales Manager), who offered me a very reasonable deal. Then, on January 13, Ricardo Reid professionally conducted the switch in my residence. Ricardo provided all the explanations regarding usage of the system and answered all my questions. So far, I had only a very positive experience dealing with people from The Monitoring Center. Thank you, Mirella and Ricardo!
