I am existing customer of TMC for over 5 years, they provide exceptional service. I can always get through to a live person without a long long wait like the competition. I called to add a service for my dad's home who has dementia and explained what I needed to Karen and she took her time to understand what I needed and went out of her way to find a proper solution for my dads situation. She did not over promise but she confirmed with Jason the owner and the tech team that they can assist and they both went out of their way to accomodate. If you have a loved one who may need assistance through technology speak to the team at The Monitoring Centre they are empathic and understanding and can provide solutions. Thank you for giving us peace of mind. They did not try to sell me they found a solution. Great team Great experience

The TMC team member who came to install and setup our system was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us in understanding our new alarm system. The service has been great and I highly recommend THe monitoring centre.

I'm very pleased so far. And the installer was qualified and very polite to deal with!! Took 3 hours to install due to multiple issues with Rogers Ignite/Rogers home phone (Rogers doesn't tell u how Ignite changes the phone system! Ignite installers had disconnected older security system without me knowing). 100% better than my previous security company, which had appalling customer service.
