I was a bit disappointed to find out that we were not able to install alarm sensors on our windows due to age of the windows, therefore waiting a month for installation to find out we could only get 50% of the products that we expected. Communication upfront of requirements would be helpful to avoid this situation and client dissatisfaction.
Response from The Monitoring Center· Oct 16, 2024
Hi Jessica: We apologize for any inconvenience however there is no way to predict what we will find on site and we will always provide a new quotation if need be prior to commencing any work. Unfortunately our technician found your window contacts had too much moisture and they need to be replaced. Our Service Manager will be reaching out to assist you better. I hope this helps!
