The salesman Fred spent time explaining all the different features of the many chairs in the showroom. Wound up purchasing one that day. The chair is awesome.

I had a great experience at The Modern Back. I was looking for a massage chair as a gift for my husband. Colin, Dan and Matt all helped my husband and I find the perfect chair. We took our time trying every chair they had visiting several times. They had answered all of our questions, no pressure to buying any specific chair just honestly helping us find the right chair for us. The Modern Back carry the highest end massage chairs. Additionally, Charles who delivered and assembled the chair was extremely polite and patient while my husband and I decided on the perfect spot to place the chair. The delivery showed up on time, everything was assembled, the chair was tested and they answered all of our questions. The delivery was a truly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this great team.

From ordering our hubble massage chair to the installation it was smooth. Charles and James brought our chair to our home 6 days after we put in our order. They made sure we understood the instructions for our chair. We recommend the Hubble chair and the white glove delivery.

Debi - Thank you so much for this feedback. I will be sure to pass along this review to Charles & James for the job well done on your delivery. I'm also happy to hear that you are enjoying your new Daiwa Hubble massage chair. This has become one of our biggest selling massage chairs. Your business is greatly appreciated.

Your salesman Tom Walls was a true professional he showed me things for a chair I did not even know I needed or want it. When we are ready to buy a second chair we are not shopping around we are going directly to Modern Back your company is professional courteous and shows that they care about quality and comfort of the customer

We LOVE LOVE LOVE both chairs we’ve bought from the great Modern Back team in Sarasota. Lift chair and massage chair. We regret the lazy boy lift chair we had already bought and it is in pristine condition since we don’t use it. Have ordered a 2nd lift chair from Modern Back and know the backlog is long but can’t wait to get it. The massage chair is an incredible luxury i wish I’d bought years ago.
