My pop came completely busted up in a cardboard box with no form of packaging protection at all. I sent an email asking for a refund/return, and nobody has responded yet.

Great compan
I jave ordered multiple times now and have received my packages in pristine condition. The last one was a five night at freddys advent calendar. Its a month before december so im happy.

Took months to get order shipped
Took months to get order shipped. When i emailed you said oh we have that in stock and shipped it. Basically you forgot about my order.

We are receiving a lot of items on a daily basis and we are working as fast as we can to get them all prepared and out the door. When a customer asks for an update and we already have the item we try and fill them right away.
