Amazing customer service, great prices..and totally happy with my final product. I uploaded my own design, and they were so great about answering all my questions and making sure it was printed just as I wanted. Such a great company! I'm now switching over and using them for everything!

Great Company! It was a pleasure from start to finish. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with all my questions and personalizing my wedding invitations, rsvp's and accommodation cards. I received everything quickly, which i absolutely Loved!! Im a very indecisive person who wasnt sure what i was looking for and they were able to send me samples and I fell in love with a design that fit my theme. They were very quick to respond to my emails and even though i have never met anyone, the conversations felt warming and inviting. I cant say enough positive things! Another Great thing was they are Local for me :)

Pretty Polite took a fun idea for Christmas Cards and made it reality. Easy to navigate site with interactive, helpful customer service. Quality product on multiple orders. Would order again.

As a designer who is very focused on having the best quality and product for my designs. I can 100% say that Pretty Polite has exceeded my expectations. Not only is the website easy to use and submit artwork too but I also get proofs of the work and advice from PrettyPolite's designers if they think it's good to print. Also, the turnaround time is fast but that doesn't effect the quality of product. Thank you Pretty Polite!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I shop local as much as possible and that's usually at a cost, which I am often ok with. That is NOT the case with Pretty Polite. Their prices are so reasonable and include MORE than the cheapy big guys. I'm a sucker for little details and personal customization at no extra cost, what?! Unheard of. Communication from my designer was fast and clear. I've never had so many people comment on receiving a card in the mail.

Our company offers direct mail solutions to its clients through a partnership with The Mailworks, which has proven to be an absolutely seamless experience (for our company and our clients). The account representative with whom we work, Jennifer Terpening, consistently delivers outstanding service. Jen always makes herself available to discuss ideas and provide helpful guidance & consultation, while projects under her management are completed both professionally and proficiently!
